Bottineau Blue Line Hockey Registration will be held
Tuesday, September 28th from 5:00 - 8:00pm at the
Dakota College Campus, in the Thatcher Hall building
Room 214

All Fees & the 3 Forms listed below need to be handed into the Blue Line Rregistar Kellie Bolin prior to players participating in any practices.

The following (3) forms can be down loaded & completed prior to registration. Simply click on the links below, complete the forms & bring them with you on Registration Night.

Preregister for USA Hockey utilizing the above link complete the screens accordingly & Print the bar coded registration page.

USA Hockey Online Registration

All hockey players Initiation through Bantam are required to be members of USA Hockey. This year the Bottineau Blue Line Hockey Club is encouraging online registration for USA Hockey and State Affiliation. (It cuts down a lot on necessary paperwork.)
